Property Description

You've found a hidden gem to stay in Boise Idaho. You are conveniently located off Whitewater Park BLVD and within walking distance to Bernardine Quinn Riverside Park, (known by locals as Quinns Pond), Esther Simplot Park and Pond, The Boise River and the Green belt, which is perfect for walking or bicycling between multiple parks and restaurants.

You'll feel at home as soon as you enter the house with a code. You'll find the main living areas just beyond the entryway. These include a living area with comfortable furnishings, a TV with smart technology, a dining table with seating for six, and a beautifully renovated kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with a few pots and pans as well as cooking and dining utensils. There are also serving dishes, mixing plates, tupperware and new appliances such a stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and Keurig.

Enjoy a romantic and cozy picnic in the back yard truckbed lounge area with a fire pit and horseshoes.

The layout of bedrooms includes:

1 bedroom with a queen-sized bunk bed and a queen-sized bunk bed.

1 master bedroom with a king sized bed

Neighbors: As this rental home is located in a quiet neighborhood, we ask that you respect the neighbors by not throwing parties and keeping music or noise down after 10pm every night. This will help our neighbors remain enthusiastic about our rental service.

Smoking, vaping, or the use recreational drugs are strictly prohibited on or within the premises of the property. We do not host house parties out of respect for our neighbors and to protect our beautiful homes. We are proud to be a company who offers pet friendly places at many of their properties. Please see our pet policy below.

Pet Policy:

Please note that there is an additional pet charge to protect our properties from the natural wear and tears caused by pets. We allow up to two dogs per guest and charge a pet fees of $50 for one dog or $115 if you have more than two dogs. This fee is payable after the booking is completed when you register your dog on our digital check-in. Please note that pet fees do NOT cover any damages or injuries caused by your pet.

If you fail to comply with the pet fees, smoking/drug policies, and unauthorized parties or events, you could be fined $500, evicted immediately without refund, and charged additional expenses to remove odors and repair any damage.
