The entire home is like a spa-like experience! Relax and rejuvenate. The bedrooms are decorated with modern decor and feature top-of-the-line Tempur Pedic mattress throughout. In the living room, enjoy a 50" Roku Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire house, garage, patio, 2 master suites with their own ensuite bathroom, 1 room with a king-sized bed and the second with a queen-sized bed. The third room has a queen-over queen bed setup, its own full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

We have a coded lock on the door, so you don't need to interact with us. We are friendly and happy to help you if you want or need anything. I am available by text or via the platforms messaging system at any time.

Neighbors: As this rental home is located in a quiet neighborhood, we ask that you respect the neighbors by not throwing parties and keeping music or noise down after 10pm every night. This will help our neighbors remain enthusiastic about our rental service.

This is a no-smoking house. This home is a non-smoking home. Any violation or report of our smoking policy could result in a $500 fine.

Pet Policy:We love animals. *Dogs that are house-trained can stay in this home for an additional pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for two dogs. We hope that they will be as comfortable as you during your trip, and we hope the enclosed yard can be an additional place for them play and explore. After each guest's departure, our cleaners take note of any damages and the condition of the home. Pet visits can cause *damages or accidents in the home. An additional charge will be sent to the responsible party.
