Property Description

This home is a private haven in McCall, Idaho. It is located in a prime location, just a short distance from Payette Lake, Legacy Park Beach and Brown Park, as well as downtown shops. You can't get a better location than right down the street from Davis Beach, Ponderosa State Park and downtown shops. McCall Golf Club is just a few steps away, and the bike path is also easily accessible. This home is conveniently located for all your McCall plans.

A privacy fence surrounds your entire property, which is perfect if you have children who like to explore. The beautiful deck wraps all around the side and rear of the house. You can BBQ on the deck or roast s'mores by the fire pit with your family. Relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking trails, boating or snowboarding at Brundage Mountain. McCall Golf Club offers golf in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter.

Brand new appliances in black stainless steel, along with a fully-stocked kitchen that will satisfy the needs of any home chef. There is enough seating at the dining table and barstools on the counter to accommodate everyone. The new wine/beverage refrigerator keeps the bottles chilled, ready for celebration. The kitchen includes oils, spices, seasonings, and some basic baking necessities.

The living room is perfect for a group of friends who want to relax and chill out. The 55" Smart TV can be used to stream movies or watch DVDs. The space is equipped with a soundbar to make movie nights even more enjoyable.

Each bedroom comes with a smart television pre-loaded with streaming apps. You can log in to your favorite apps, and stream content from your private account.

The Game Room is sure to be a hit with everyone. The heated garage has new epoxy flooring and a bar stool counter area. Basketball, Foosball and Darts are among the games. You can use the kayaks provided to explore the lake. All of this is included with your stay.

The Den Room downstairs is a lot of fun! The room has a 55" smart television, Xbox 360 with games, Kinect, and an Atari. This room also has board and cardgames. This room is a big hit with larger groups that want a space where kids can hang out and have a break.

The Master Bedroom is located upstairs. It has a desk for those who work from home, and a sofa which can be folded into a bed. This sofa can accommodate up to two small kids. This room has a locked closet that contains all the children's gear we provide, such as the portable crib, sound machine and a few extras like an iron and ironingboard. **Note: A high chair is available in the entry closet downstairs.

The second "Master" Bedroom has a super-comfortable Puffy Mattress. This bedroom has a smart television above the dresser and overlooks the backyard. This bedroom is bright and light, always getting sunlight.

The Bunk Room has a Queen over Full. The bottom bunk is a Tempur Pedic Queen Size bed, which will give you some of the best sleep that you have ever had. The top bunk can accommodate two small children. This room has a Smart TV, and is decorated with vintage style lanterns and log side tables. It always brings smiles to the faces of a group of kids on their sleepovers or a four-person family on a multi-family trip.

This home has hydraulic radiant heat flooring. You will be warm and comfortable without vent air blowing on you.

Sparklight provides Wifi and we've done our part by purchasing a Nighthawk Cable Modem as well as a WiFi Extender upstairs. We are always looking to stay connected, especially for families who have children in distant schools or work from home. It's nice to be able to do things from here.

You are welcome to visit all areas of the house. You have exclusive access to the entire house. You will clearly see that there is a "Pantry", a closet, downstairs. We lock that door with all our supplies and necessities for the house. We ask you not to try and access this door.

You will have access to our home using a keypad or an app. You will receive instructions on how to use both the keypad and app lock immediately after booking. After each booking, your keypad code will be deleted. Your code is only valid for the duration of your stay, starting at the check-in date and time and ending at the check-out date and time.

We have plenty of space for your vehicles and toys on our property! Parking is available directly in front of the house in the driveway. If you need more parking, there is also some space behind the house. The overflow parking is unavailable during winter due to snow. The McCall Golf Club is the only place where snowmobile trailers can be parked. Our home is only a few homes away from the location. Please message me if you need more information.

Our home can accommodate up to 11 guests. It is not designed to accommodate 11 adults.

House Rules and Important Notices:

Neighbors: As this rental home is located in a quiet neighborhood, we ask that you respect the neighbors by not throwing parties and keeping music or noise down after 10pm every night. This will help our neighbors remain enthusiastic about our rental service.

Smoking, vaping, or the use recreational drugs are strictly prohibited on or within the premises of the property. We do not host house parties out of respect for our neighbors and to protect our beautiful homes. We are proud to be a company who offers pet friendly places at many of their properties. Please see our pet policy below.

Pet Policy:

Please note that there is an additional pet charge to protect our properties from the natural wear and tears caused by pets. We allow up to two dogs per guest and charge a pet fees of $50 for one dog or $115 if you have more than two dogs. This fee is payable after the booking is completed when you register your dog on our digital check-in. Please note that pet fees do NOT cover any damages or injuries caused by your pet.

If you fail to comply with the pet fees, smoking/drug policies, and unauthorized parties or events, you could be fined $500, evicted immediately without refund, and charged additional expenses to remove odors and repair any damage.
