Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this highly desirable cottage aptly named "The Beach House"! The Beach House is located on Bruce Drive in the ever popular - yet ever changing - neighborhood of East Beach. This classic island cottage rests in the heart of the neighborhood, placing you walking distance to St. Simons Island's best beach.

The Beach House has a welcoming porch furnished with enough chairs and rockers to easily become one of your favorite rest spots! Once you enter, you will immediately notice the abundance of windows along the side and back of the dining area making this bright and pleasing. The open and airy floor plan with plenty of room for your family and friends to visit is well appointed. The dining room has seating for 6 at the table and 4 bar stools at the counter. Kitchen is user-ready with a lot of typical appliances and so much more! Take a right down the hall way and you will pass a folding door closet that houses the laundry center - full size washer and dryer.

Your first full bathroom is located on your left and Bedroom #1 lies straight ahead. Bedroom #1 features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, and large walk-in closet. You can see the open deck is just beyond the "wall of windows". Once you make your way to the opposite end of the hallway, you will find the King size Master Bedroom. This lovely bedroom is comfortable and roomy and features an en-suite full bathroom, ceiling fan and large walk in closet.

Upstairs you have an additional seating area with a TV. A great place to enjoy a board game!

Before you settle down for the evening, you might enjoy the full screen porch just outside the back door. It's a great spot for a family ice cream night!

The Beach House is located at 1929 Bruce Drive in the East Beach area on St. Simons Island.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed at this property.
• Parking for 2 cars in front; additional spot in the back of the property.
• 1/2 mile to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, 2 miles to Pier Village

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to expect in your unit:
• There are 2 TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
