Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this charming and comfortably furnished beach cottage on a quiet street on the south end of St. Simons Island. Leapin’ Lizard Cottage features a large covered outdoor seating area, fenced back yard and is located just a few blocks from the beach.

Located all on one level, this cottage has a master suite with a queen bed and combination shower. One of the guest rooms has a queen bed; the third bedroom has a full-sized bed and an extra futon. There is a second full bath with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy the whimsical décor throughout - especially in the updated kitchen and dining area! You will definitely be feeling on "Island Time." The home is dog friendly and has a fenced in back yard.

*Please pick up after your pet in the yard* In the evet you do not clean up after your pet you will be assessed an additional clean up fee.

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
