Welcome to The Pink House located on Kings Way - conveniently located at the entry point to the Village!

Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located just steps away from the Mallery Street/Kings Way intersection of the St. Simons Pier and Village.

The Pink House is an older home with modern updates throughout. Enjoy the den with views of the backyard. There is plenty of seating – your favorite spot will probably be under the perfectly shaded wooden arbor – great for entertaining with family and friends.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, as does one of the guest bedrooms. The third bedroom has a set of double beds. There is hardwood flooring throughout, two flat screen TV's which provides an ad-free Disney+ package that includes Hulu and ESPN. There is a fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, and a fenced back yard with a large deck.

The St. Simons Pier Village is a favorite spot for both locals and out of town guests. There is always something going on in “the village”. Barbara Jeans, Brogens, The Half Shell and Zuzu’s are just a few of the amazing restaurants in the area. The streets are lined with unique boutiques and custom shops. Be sure to check out the historic St. Simons Island Lighthouse and all of the historical markers situated around the village and Neptune Park. There is a lot of history in this area!

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided, along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

The Pink House didn't look like much from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised with the inside. It was clean and very comfortable. I also liked the phone call "touching base" with me before I left. Very professional and customer service oriented. Great job!

This is a big house and is nicely decorated. It could definitely use some work but damaged hardwood floors didn’t affect my vacation. The shower with no shower curtain is because it’s one of those large showers where you don’t need a shower curtain. You can even dry off after a shower with older towels. Towels and wash cloths were plentiful. The house is in a great location. It is within walking distance of the village. It is an older home and could use a facelift but it’s very roomy. We had a good vacation and Real Eacapes is always great to work with if there is a problem. If you don’t mind an older house with a few flaws but in a great location this would be a good choice.
