Property Description

Real Escapes Properties is elated to have this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium at The 400 Ocean Building in our program. This unit is just steps to the Village with amazing restaurants and shops. You will love this location!

This 2nd floor unit has an open floor plan with high ceilings. 400 Ocean #1200 features a large living area and state of the art kitchen. A lovely banquette provides the seating in the dining area. Both the king bedroom and the queen bedroom have en-suites and balconies that extend the length of each room. The complex is gated with reserved parking and a seasonal community pool and grill area. (Pools normally open mid-April until Labor Day - subject to change).

Walk to the St. Simons Lighthouse, restaurants, shops and the Pier and enjoy the quaint Village of St Simons Island during your visit. If you have a dog, you are welcome to bring him with you as the condo is pet friendly. (Two dogs, max)
