The king and queen bedrooms both have balconies and en-suite bathrooms. The complex has a gated entrance, reserved parking, a pool and grill area and is gated. St. Simons Lighthouse is within walking distance, as are restaurants, shops, and the Pier. Enjoy the charming Village of St Simons Island while you're there. The condo is pet-friendly, so you can bring your dog along. (Two dogs, max) Location, location, location! CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am * The number of guests at this property is limited to six occupants. * Dogs can be brought in with a $50 non-refundable pet fee. • Parking is available for 2 vehicles. All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25.
