Welcome to Roseneath Cottage!

Coast Cottage Community is an neotraditional planned community located on St. Simons’ longest stretch of sand. Elegantly appointed beach houses are surrounded by lush landscaping and brick-paved streets. The Oceanside Pavilion and Pool are just a short walk from any of the cottages.
Two parking spaces are provided directly in front your cottage. The walkway leads up seven steps to the porch on the first floor, which has two lounge chairs and a table.
On the first floor, directly to your left as you enter the house, you will find the living room with a flat screen Insignia television measuring 23" and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
The French doorway in the living room leads to a bedroom with a king-sized bed. A second bedroom downstairs has two twin beds and an Insignia flat screen 23" TV.
The basement level includes a half-bathroom, a full-bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a single vanity, plus an additional room that has a walk in tile shower.
The main living area is located up the stairs. It includes the kitchen, dining room and living room in an open plan. The living room features ample seating, a 32-inch Samsung television with DVD player and a decorative fire place. This open area includes the dining table, which can seat up to six people.
The master bedroom is located upstairs. It has a Queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan and a flat screen 23" Insignia television.
