Welcome to Roseneath Cottage!

Real Escapes Properties proudly offers Roseneath Cottage, one of the Coast Cottages at St. Simons. Coast Cottage Community is a neo-traditional planned community on St. Simons’ widest stretch of sand. Elegantly appointed beach homes are surrounded by lush natural landscaping and brick-paved lanes. A short stroll from any of the cottages leads to a spectacular Oceanside pavilion and pool facility.

You are provided with two designated parking spaces which are located directly in front of your cottage. There are seven stairs from the walkway up to the first level porch that has two lounging chairs and a side table.

Once you enter the home on the first level directly to your left you will find a living room with an Insignia 23” flat screen television, and queen size sleeper sofa.

Through the living room’s French doorway is a bedroom with a new queen-sized mattress. There is an additional bedroom downstairs that has a set of twin beds, also with new mattresses. There is also an Insignia 23” flat screen TV.

The downstairs level has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and single vanity, as well as an additional bathroom with a walk-in tile shower.

Up the stairs is your main living level which features an updated kitchen with all new stainless appliances and granite counter tops, the dining room, and the living room area in an open floor plan. The living room has ample seating, a 32" Samsung television with DVD player, and a decorative fireplace. Included in this open area is the dining table which seats up to six people.

Also located on the second level is the master bedroom with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and a 23" Insignia flat screen television. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The south pool is heated automatically by the HOA Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and from March 15 to April 15 for spring break.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (9 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles only.
• Walk to the beach, 1.5 miles to Pier Village

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

1 – Sleeper Sofa

This is our 3rd family trip to Saint Simons and our first staying at the Coastal Cottage Community. We absolutely loved Roseneath Cottage. It’s quaint and cozy and had plenty of space for our family. The porch is awesome!! My only recommendation would be to add more furniture to the porch because it’s so nice sitting up there. A small couch or loveseat and a couple more chairs would be a really fantastic addition. Can’t wait to come back next year! Also, and this has nothing to do with the house, but some more places to sit and even some umbrellas/tables would be a welcomed addition to the community pool area.
