This 5 bedroom, 3 bath cottage is brand new construction with a spacious and airy floor plan. Better yet, it is pup friendly. Even better – there is a private pool in the fenced in back yard!
You will love the shiplap walls with just enough color added throughout the cottage to know you are in a special place.
All of the appliances are brand new, including the wine cooler. The dining room table seats 4 comfortably and there are additional seats at the island bar. The living room features a large TV 55" as well as brand new relaxing furniture.
The Master Suite is on the main floor and features a king bed, large TV, en suite with beautiful walk in shower and a master closet large enough to live in. There are two additional bedrooms on the main level, both with queen beds and TV’s. Between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom with a tub/shower.
Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom has a set of twin beds and the other has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. The upstairs full bath has a shower/tub.
You’re biggest decision may be deciding whether to sit in the front porch rocking chairs or gathering on the back porch (right off of the kitchen) that leads to your own personal swimming pool.
There is plenty of room for family and friends. The comfortable beach décor will have you wanting to stay longer. This adorable cottage is close in proximity to King & Prince Beach & the Village!
Minimum age to rent is 25 - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families

• Dogs under 40 lbs. are welcome (additional non-refundable deposit required)

Our extended family of 8 had an amazing time in this vacation rental! We checked in after hours and the lock box service could not have been easier. When we arrived, everything was immaculate. The house had everything we could have asked for, including many extras like dish soap and extra trash bags. The location was far enough away from town to be quiet, but only a mile and a half to the beach and shopping areas. We loved walking on the pier at night and eating dinner at Iguanas. We will definitely reserve with Real Escapes in the future!

Having never been to St Simon’s Island we weren’t sure what to expect in terms of the house, location, beaches. We couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised! The house was very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Our party of 9 had plenty of room. We were close to town and the beaches, we can’t wait to go back!
