The open plan of the main living area is perfect for entertaining. There is plenty of space to relax around the fireplace in the den or gather as a family around the kitchen table. The kitchen is brand new and features stainless steel appliances. Three bedrooms are located on the main floor. Two of the bedrooms have en-suites, and the third has a bathroom right outside the bedroom door. The first floor is completed by a large laundry room located on the main floor.
The comfortable den on the 2nd-floor landing is a great place to watch late-night TV. This floor also has two bedrooms, one with two full-size beds and the second with bunks. In the hallway is a full bathroom.
The third floor has a private master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a kitchenette and a sitting area. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The enjoyment begins as soon as you enter through the private gate. The front porch is filled rocking chairs. You will find the best outdoor living and entertainment area on the island when you exit the back door. A brand new pool with a hot tub and waterfall is only the beginning. Your cabana is equipped with everything you need to host the perfect pool party and cook out. It includes a bar, fireplace, seating, and a new grill.

* The number of guests at this property is limited to 14 people. Limit of two pets with an additional $50 non-refundable fee per pet. * There is parking for up to two cars in front and three additional cars in the rear. * The closest beach access points are.2 miles away and 1 mile from the pier/village.
* NOTE: The pool can be heated at an additional cost of $450. If you would like to have the pool heated, please make arrangements before your stay.
The minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests, except for multi-generational family groups.
