Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this two bedroom, two bath luxury condo. This is a second floor unit with one of the best views in the complex. It is comfortably furnished, generously-sized, and lavishly appointed. Features include granite counter tops in the open kitchen and bathrooms and a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master suite. There are three Smart TV's in the unit for streaming and Xfinity cable is available as well.
The master has a king sized bed, smart TV and en-suite with a soaking tub and an over-sized walk in shower along with his and hers sinks.
The guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed. There is also an attached bathroom (with a walk-in shower) that can also be accessed from the hallway.
The community features one assigned covered parking space and room for overflow parking outside the building. There's also an elevator.
760 Ocean Boulevard is located near the Pier Village shops & restaurants, and is directly across the street from a public beach access.
* Swimming pool is seasonal. The pool will close for the winter season effective November 1, 2026. The final day of pool operations for the 2026 season will be Saturday, October 31, 2026. During the seasonal closure, the pool will remain closed to all residents and guests. The pool is scheduled to reopen by April 1, 2027.
