You will love the master bedroom featuring a comfortable king size bed and ceiling fan. The master bath features both a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The first guestroom has a queen bed and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination. The other guestroom has a set of twin beds and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination.

Downstairs on the garage level, you'll find your own man-cave! TV, foosball table, comfy couch, mini-bar and full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)

Elevators :
Private residential elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.

Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!
