Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this luxury oceanfront top level condominium home located along Beachview Drive and across from the 5th Street Beach access point on St. Simons Island.

This is a unbelievable property! Beachview 913 is beautifully appointed, with marble floors, 15’ ceilings and a gourmet kitchen with high-end Viking and Kitchen-aide appliances, including separate wine cooler.

The living/dining room has a large flat screened TV and windows all across the ocean-facing side. This home features 3 large bedrooms with en-suites for complete privacy. You will love the master bedroom featuring a comfortable king size bed and ceiling fan. The master bath features both a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The first guestroom has a queen bed and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination. The other guestroom has a set of twin beds and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination.

Downstairs on the garage level, you'll find your own man-cave! TV, foosball table, comfy couch, mini-bar and full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The balcony, which stretches the length of the home, offers spectacular oceanfront views with plenty of seating for your entire family. If you are in to grilling, you will want to take advantage of the private elevator and drop down to the patio area for the perfect opportunity to “grill with a view”!

This property is ideal for a family or a couples retreat!

NOTE: Beachview 911 is located on the middle floor of the building. Beachview 913 is located on the top floor of the building. There are no shared access points between the two units.

With an oceanfront location and close proximity to the Pier area (for shopping and restaurants), Beachview 913 is a perfect vacation home for you on St. Simons Island!

Elevators :
Private residential elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. Beautiful location and big beautiful space that we hope to rent again in the future. The owners do need to attend to some updates and improvements. The tinted window film is peeling off a number of windows for example.
