Property Description

Welcome to Walker Dunes located at 219 Olive Way. You will love this 4 bedroom and 3 bath home that is just steps from the beach. Only one home between you and the beach. Groomed trail to the beach sand.

On the main living level you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen are open and conducive to family and friends get togethers. There is a screened in porch off the living room for that morning coffee or evening cocktails. Laundry is on this level as well.

Bedrooms:
Double bed bedroom on main living level with an en-suite bath.
King bed in the master on 2nd level and a sleeping porch with a futon.
Queen bed in the guest bedroom on 2nd level
Two Twin beds and a Daybed with trundle on third level

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

Occupancy: 10- Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).

Pets: Dogs less than 35lbs. allowed with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. (No cats).

Location: 5 minute walk to the beach, approximately 2 miles to Pier Village
