The Mackerel is a cute, brightly decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a great partially covered deck and a fantastic view of the gulf. The open floor plan is great for having the family all together, and the spacious master suite has a private entrance if you want to take a moonlight stroll on the beach and not disturb anyone else. The feature most commented about is the area underneath the home which is a great outdoor space to entertain friends and family while enjoying those relaxing gulf breezes! It has an enclosed dressing area with 2 separate hot/cold showers, a sink/countertop for food prep/fish cleaning, another room with toilet, mini fridge, washer/dryer, and a roomy open sitting area with a large picnic table and swing facing the gulf. There is also another open shower by the stairs with a platform to rinse off beach bodies and toys.
Minimum Age Requirement of 25. This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Main Seasons unless calendar is already broken up or requested time is approved by homeowner.
