This 750 Sq Ft, 3 bedroom, boat access only, island cottage is truely a unique experience located on Lake Nipissing just outside the city of North Bay.

The cottage has a 30 foot long dock with 10 feet of water at the end which makes it perfect for kids cannonballs off the end. Lake Nipissing contains over 40 different species of fish. The prime game fish sought by anglers are the walleye or pickerel. They are so plentiful in this lake that catching your limit is considered a bad days fishing. Other species that are abundant are northern pike, smallmouth & largemouth bass, yellow perch, muskellunge, whitefish & cisco. Lake Nipissing is renowned for its world class fishing.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• This cottage is on an island and boat access only, you will have to arrange for a water taxi to take you to the cottage OR boat rental- Contact Marc Purdon at Wades Landing for water taxi /boat rental information , YOU MUST SET UP YOUR WATER TAXI WELL IN ADVANCE (name and number will be provided at the time of confirmation).


• Pets are negotiable; Cats are not permitted. There is a $75 fee/week/pet


• Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recyclingat the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
