Property Description

The Stone Cottage is a 2500 square foot, 4 bedroom, open-style stone and log cottage, with over 200 ft of shoreline that is the perfect getaway for families and friends.

The cottage's Great Room is ideal for family gatherings watching your shows on a large screen TV, playing board games or just reading one of the many interesting books & magazines collected over the years. The main floor master bedroom with log walls and cathedral ceiling has it own sitting area and ensuite to get away and relax after a long day of fun.

Each morning enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the comfort of your bed. The 3 lower bedrooms all have a view of the water with either a queen-sized air bed or double beds. At night enjoy bonfires by the shoreline, roasting marshmallows while stargazing and catch the occasional shooting star all under the beauty of the bright Milky Way.

SHORELINE

• Stairs down to the water. Flat limestone shelf leading out to large boulders under the water surface to rest while swimming, snorkeling with boat tie-off. Minimum 4' deep, water levels fluctuate with the seasons.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• Children should not be left alone at the water. No other apparent child safety issues.

• The nearest boat docking facility is located at Lion's Head Harbour

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets Negotiable; Dogs must be 40lbs or less. Larger dogs must be pre-approved. $100 fee/pet


• Wood available for outside firepit; $50/week


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
