SHORELINE

  Not a waterfront property. 500 metres to access the water.
  Dock Area:Shoreline consists of a pebble beach. Water gets deep fairly quickly. Large waves can wash into shore on occasion.
  Flat Rocks public access: Shoreline consists of large flat stone areas that step into the water. (Some poison ivy close to road, so stay on trail)





CHILD SAFETY ISSUES





• Water gets deep fairly fast and the lake can have large waves on occasion.
  
  In Dyers Bay some areas of the shoreline contain poison ivy.
  
  Water shoes are recommended

• Three Stars out of Five . Cottages on both sides. Back yard is reasonably private.






DOCKING FACILITIES





• Dyers Bay Government dock located .5 km away.





WHEELCHAIR ACCESS





• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.





LIMITATIONS





• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets are negotiable; Cats are not permitted.


• Electric Heat not for renters use. Owners provide a space heater.




• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
