Property Description

This 1320 Sq Ft, two bedroom, plus sleeping cabin Panabode cottage is located on Corisande Bay on the shores of Lake Huron. This cottage is constructed of squared cedar timbers and has a nice cozy cedar interior.

A large yard separates the deck from the water and provides a large area for children to play a safe distance from the shoreline.

The cottage is centrally located to many points of interest. It is a twenty minute drive to Tobermory, and the Bruce Peninsula National Park and a 10 minute drive to a nice sand beach at Singing Sands, which is a part of Bruce Peninsula National Park.

• Three Stars out of Five. There are cottages on either side of the property but are well screened.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Hottub is not available for renters use.


• Pets negotiable (Cats must be declawed). Pets are not allowed on any furniture.


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
