Three bedroom, 900 square foot cottage, located right across the road from Sauble Beach on Lake Huron - walk to the beach in under a minute!

Enjoy the view of the beach and dunes, as well as the spectacular sunsets of Sauble Beach from the Muskoka chairs located in front of the cottage on the cement patio.

The backyard of the cottage has a stone patio with glass table, chairs, umbrella and bbq for your summer feasts. A fence around the back yard helps to create a sense of privacy.

Canoes, kayaks and boat rentals are available on the beach and all kinds of stores and restaurants are just a short walk away. The lovely village of Southampton is close by and here you can take in the Bruce County Museum, art galleries, shops and restaurants on offer. Internet Access is available just a short walk from the cottage at a cafe called "The Two Chicks Cafe" and others. The local library also has internet.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• No docking facilities on site. Boat launch facilities are available at the Sauble River 2 km from cottage.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Appropriate for those with limited mobility. Cottage is one level of living with 30 and 36 inch door frames, but the washroom is narrow, and will not accommodate a wheelchair.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets are not permitted.


• Unless noted as being unlimited Data, the internet service provided at this cottage is for e-mail communications and casual browsing only. Please do not download movies or stream videos, music or games. Excess data usage will result in an additional charge.


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
