"Treehouse Cottage" is a 1500 square foot, three bedroom modern, boundless cottage located a quick 15 minute drive from Sauble Beach or 3km from Chesley Lake Camp where you can pay to access the small public sand beach.

This unique cottage is located on a lot with hardwood forest, and while it does have a cottage on either side of it, there is good screening from neighbours.

SHORELINE

• There is no public lake access from this cottage. Chesley Lake Camp is 3 km away where you can pay to use the public sand beach (unfortuantely it is not open to the public for the 2020 season). Sauble Beach is a 15 minute drive away.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• No apparent child safety issues.

PRIVACY RATING

• Three stars out of Five. The cottage is located on a dead end road. Minimal traffic. It does have a neighbour on either side with very good screening.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• No Docking Facilities at this cottage

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets are negotiable


• Guests have access to the second floor only


• Please note that the gas fireplace is only available during the low season.


• Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
