Property Description

This Lake Eugenia waterfront cottage is a wonderful vacation destination. Lake Eugenia is at the entrance to the Beaver Valley in southern Ontario's recreational heartland.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a set of bunkbeds with a single on top and a double on the bottom. There is also a three-piece bathroom with shower.

A little farther afield are all the amenities of Thornbury, Collingwood and the Village of Blue - with a wide variety of shopping, dining, entertainment, arts & culture events and attractions.

SHORELINE

• The cottage has a armour stone breakwall at the waters edge. You can get into the water off of the dock at a depth of 2 feet. Great swimming opportunities.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• There are docking facilities at the cottage - a 36 ft long dock that is 5-7 ft deep at the end of the dock (water levels dependent on weather conditions and varying water levels).

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets Not Permitted


• Vaping / Smoking is NOT permitted inside OR outside cottage( Tobacco nor Cannibis )


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
