Picturesque 3 bedroom, 2000 sq ft cottage located just across the road from Boiler Beach on Lake Huron, just outside the community of Kincardine.

Exit to the rear of the cottage and you'll find the patio space which is perfect for dining. Cook up a meal on the BBQ and enjoy! The grassy backyard offers space for the kids to run around and play, and you'll also find the firepit located here. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a family campfire on a great summer evening.

The cottage itself is located just across the road and down an embankment to Boiler Beach, a great beach for families as it consists of fine sand and provides a shallow entry point in the waters of beautiful Lake Huron. Across the road from the cottage you'll find a rocky stairway down the embankment to get to the shoreline.

The cottage will rent on a monthly basis in the winter months for $2000/month. Please call and speak to oneof our reservationists.

PRIVACY RATING

• Two stars out of Five. THe cottage has neighbours on either side with some screening.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• The nearest boat docking facilities are located at Kincardine Marina

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets Negotiable; Pets must be 100lbs or less and there is a $50 pet fee.


• Gas fireplace only available in the low season


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.
