This 4 bedroom home with a westerly facing prow full of windows offers a panoramic view of fabulous sunsets and Long Lake from the comfort of it's plushly decorated great room/living room. Surrounded by mature hardwood forests, the fall colours are vibrant here.

The deck can be accessed through the single door from the dining area. Here you will find a large professional size Napoleon barbecue. On a warm summer evening you can enjoy dinner outside at the patio table or watch the sunset while you sip on a glass of wine in one of the Muskoka chairs as your favourite Symphony drifts out of the outdoor moveable speakers.

Stairs descend down to a path that leads into the water. Here the bottom is sandy. There is about 20 feet of water at the end of the 20 foot dock

The master bedroom is also on the main level. Furnished with a king size bed, this room is spacious and offers a view of long lake and access to the deck through double doors. There is also a flat screen TV in this room. The ensuite bathroom has a corner whirlpool tub, tiled shower, toilet and vanity.

SHORELINE

• The Shoreline has a set of 20 stairs that take you down to the water's edge. Once there you have a small sandy area suitable for young children. The entry is gradual with a sandy gravel mixture on the bottom.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• The nearest boat docking facilities are located at the cottage. There is an 8 x 20 foot dock and the water is 20 feet deep at the end of the dock.
