SHORELINE

• There is a concrete retaining wall with a rock gravel shore. Water is 1' at entry with a gradual slope. Swim shoes are recommended.

CHILD SAFETY ISSUES

• No apparent child safety issues.

PRIVACY RATING

• Two stars out of Five. The cottage has neighbours 20' to the North and South. Please ensure to respect the property lines.

DOCKING FACILITIES

• The dock at the cottage is 36' long with the depth at the end fluctuating. The dock is not available for renters personal boat docking. Please note that the boat lift and access is also not for renters use. Dock is removed Labour Day Weekend for the season.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS

• Cottage is not designed for wheel chair access.

LIMITATIONS

• Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults.


• Pets are not permitted.


• Owners ask that you use the woodstove to heat the cottage instead of the electric.


• Boat lift and access are not for renters use.


• Dock comes out for the season Labour Day Weekend.


• Renters are responsible to do a full clean of the cottage (cleaning supplies provided) and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged. Please see full cleaning list HERE.
