Your inner child will come out to play during the short 2-minute boat ride from this villa to the open water of the Gulf of Mexico, leaving you stress-free from the moment you enter the property, until the morning of your departure. Flamingo Cottage is recently renovated and you and your guests will be sure to love the modern look of this villa with a new heated pool and spa!

The house is spacious, timeless and comfortable, perfect for all. Kick back and stream a movie in the large living room, or use any of your devices with the free WiFi throughout the home. Whether you are trying to disconnect and be more family oriented, or just looking to relax and enjoy your quiet family time, you could not imagine anything better for your well-deserved vacation. Plenty of space for you and your traveling companions to enjoy both the inside and outside of this home. The living room holds a couch and chair set and a large mounted flat screen TV.

The Master bedroom also has as decorated en suite bathroom with a gorgeous walk in shower. Both guests rooms are equipped with comfortable queen-sized beds.

A key feature of the home is the beautiful and brand new heated pool and spa where you will enjoy gorgeous views of the canal.

Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at .185 kW for actual daily usage plus 11.5% tax and will be charged to a credit card on file. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee. This home is pet friendly for smaller, non-shedding breeds with prior approval and pet fee per pet (no cats).
