The open style floor plan allows you to see through the large sliding glass doors, framing a picturesque view of gulf access canal, located right in your own backyard. The décor is modern and elegant, sporting warm woods, whites and creams, with pops of color. The vaulted ceiling throughout the villa gives the home an airy and spacious feel. The multiple skylights leave the villa cozy and bright. The home has a split floor plan for the bedrooms, allowing ample amounts of privacy when needed.

The Master bedroom is open with a King size bed and decorated with light woods and wooden floors. This home is pet friendly for (MAX 1) non-aggressive dogs (up to 35lbs) with prior approval and a pet fee per pet (no cats).

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.
