-Villa Mystic Mermaid - Beautiful Heated SALTWATER POOL When applicable FREE late checkout/early check in is available for fall arrivals, contact our office for more information! This home is pet friendly for (MAX 2) non-aggressive dogs (up to 25lbs) with prior approval and a pet fee per pet (no cats). Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.
