Opening the front door, you will feel immersed into another world. In the living room, you and your guests will find spacious cream-colored couches and a Smart TV that is perfect for watching your favorite TV show or movie. This living room also features a desk that serves as the perfect working station.

In the kitchen, guests will find everything they need to prepare their favorite meals. This kitchen is well stocked with stainless steel appliances, a water kettle, blender, and all the kitchen essentials you will need.  Villa Tortuga features 3 dining areas, including one outside, so you and your guests have plenty of options for where you would like to enjoy your meals.

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a luxurious King size bed. In this room you will also find a flat screen TV, direct lanai access, and an ensuite bathroom. This ensuite features a double sink vanity and shower tub combo. In the other two guest rooms, you will find another King size bed and two twin beds. Both of these rooms also feature flat screen TVs.

Once outside, you and your guests will find the true highlight of this home, the screened in lanai! This lanai features a custom unheated pool that is large and spacious. This pool is the perfect way to cool down on a hot Florida day, play some pool games, or even swim laps. When you’re not enjoying the pool, you can soak up the Florida sun on the outdoor furniture or grill up some dinner. Villa Tortuga sits on a freshwater canal that will allow you and your guests to catch some stunning sunsets or see some Southwest Florida wildlife.

This home is pet friendly for (MAX. 1) non-aggressive non-shedding dogs (up to 35 lbs) with a pet fee per pet (no cats).

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.
