Property Description

Swaying Palms is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo located in One Particular Harbour. From the minute you open the door, this unit has a fresh coastal elegant vibe.  Located on the third floor, this unit features an open concept complete with full-size kitchen, eat-in breakfast bar and everything you’ll need to make a quick snack or full-course meal. The living room features plenty of seating, a flat screen TV and large sliding glass doors that completely opens the whole room to the enclosed lanai where you can relax after a long day in the sun, enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The patio features an outdoor sectional and dining area. The master bedroom is located in the rear of the condo and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The two guests rooms are located at the front of the condo one features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The the other bedroom features two twin beds with flat screen TV. But, that’s not all! This unit also provides WiFi throughout, full-size washer/dryer and beach locker equipped with beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella and bike for use during your stay.

These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully-equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included.  There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
