Property Description

Drive through the gated driveway with a manatee on it and you'll enter Manatee Retreat. This duplex is a private getaway on a canal! Unit A is separated by a fence so you have your own private retreat. This 2 bedroom/3 bathroom home has a mid-century modern vibe as you walk in to a large living room with plenty of seating for you and your guests. A galley kitchen, with granite countertops allows you to cook your meals or grab a snack. The kitchen overlooks the dining room that leads out to the deck and canal view. After a day at the beach, which is a short one block walk across the street, sit outside and relax by the mangrove line canal - watch the fish jump and the manatees swim by. Rent a kayak or stand up paddle board - this home has the location to do it! Washer/dryer are in the garage as well as the 3rd bathroom. Come stay at Manatee Retreat!

This unit is a 2 bedroom which has a master bedroom with a king and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and share the hallway bathroom.
