This condo is ideal for families who wish to spend the day at sea or visit the many attractions nearby. The condo has a coastal feel and is beautifully decorated. It also features modern comforts like brand new appliances and furniture. 5 blocks from the Convention Center, 15 blocks from Jolly Roger and Seacrets and 5 blocks from Macky's and 8 blocks from Macky's and Fager's Island. 20 blocks from the Boardwalk. The same block is home to the OC renowned, delicious Belly Busters shopping centre, which is located on the Coastal Highway. The Mariner I, a 12-unit oceanfront building of 4 floors with ocean views, has a cozy atmosphere. There are no highrises that block the afternoon sun, and there are no long elevator lines for inclement weather. Mariner I – 3M has many amenities including: * All new stainless-steel kitchen appliances * Full-size in-unit washer/dryer There are no hot water worries or shower slippages that could ruin your beach day. * 55' outdoor TV is located on the balcony. * Assigned parking space (3M), is large enough to accommodate two vehicles - 1 SUV and one car. Additional street parking is available on both 44th Street and 45th Street sides. Additional Information: The Balcony: This unit boasts one of the best oceanfront balconies in Ocean City. It has a 25-foot deck with outdoor furniture, zero gravity chair and two outdoor ceiling fans. A 55-inch WiFi outdoor TV is also available. Kitchen: A brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It includes cookware, dinnerware, and a Keurig coffeemaker. It has an integrated water filter as well as an icemaker, making it easy to use. Open concept Family Room/Dining Area: A 4-seat breakfast area with a table for 6 and an open-plan dining space. The Samsung Smart TV 60' is featured in the family room. It also has seating for 8. The sectional sofa can be pulled out and converted to a queen-size bed with new memory foam mattress. Blackout honeycomb blinds are installed on large balconies to ensure optimal sleeping conditions. Master bedroom: Queen bed; Slider doors allow for access to the balcony and amazing ocean views. For a peaceful night, the sliding door has blackout honeycomb blinds. The bedroom features a Roku TV with a 45" screen, Wi Fi ceiling fan, as well as an en-suite bathroom. Second Bedroom: Queen bed with a bunkbed and queen bed. Bedroom has TV, WiFi ceiling fan, honeycomb blackoutblin, and queen bed. Parking: Assigned Parking – 3M space is large enough to fit 2 cars (1 SUV + 1 car - Two large SUVs may not fit). Bedroom 1: Queen Bedroom 2 : Queen Bedroom 3 : Queen Bedroom 4 : Queen Bedroom 5 : Queen Bedroom 6 : Queen Bedroom 7 : Bunk Bed (2 twins). Living Room : Queen Sleep Sofa.
