This wonderful remodel on the ground floor apartment walks right out to the beach and pool area and has a peek-a-boo view of the water. Bahia mar is very resort like with 2 pools, a very unique elevated sundeck off the ocean, and the ample bedding makes it perfect for families while still affording good privacy.

Our condo was renovated completely in the spring of 2025 with new kitchen & furniture.
The Bahia Mar has resort-style amenities including, two inviting hot tubs, two tennis courts, a private beach access, a playground for kids, and beachfront seating to relax while listening to the waves and feeling the cool ocean breeze. Walk to so many cool beachfront locales like Clayton’s Beach Bar, Barry’s Beach Bar, Bar Louies, and Wanna Wanna Beach Bar with its great location on the northern side of the island. There is also the new Oysters Cove fine dining that is walkable as well as Sea Turtle Inc for the kiddos and adults alike!

A brand new kitchen provides all the essential cookware and appliances for making delicious & convenient home-cooked meals while on vacation.

The living room features a flat-screen smart TV for your apps along with an adjacent private patio overlooking the Gulf and grounds.
Patio is ideal for morning coffee or evening margaritas. While this property does not feature a BBQ grill due to HOA rules, you can bring a charcoal grill and do it on the beach as allowed. Grills are not allowed on property unfortunately.

Our master bedroom features a king size bed and another smart TV

The master also has access to a private patio and offers views of the beautiful Bahia Mar grounds. It's the perfect small getaway for parents.

The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom private with a combo bathtub/shower.

We do allow up to 8 total guests but 6 is more comfortable with the provided bedding as in the guest room there are two queen size beds and a flat-screen TV. A shared guest bathroom with the combo bathtub/shower.
We do also provide the couch in "bed count" as well as our queen sized blow up airbed for additional sleeping space - please bring additional bedding if you plan on using the couch or airbed as we don't provide that, though all other towels & linens for the other beds are provided :)
The space has our own washer and dryer for quick clean up before you head home, as well as high speed internet if you have some work.

Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stay over 4 nights. We do have active military / vet discounts as well as tackle football coach discounts - just ask before you book please not after :)

We like to keep things very upfront to over deliver & under promise. This property is not a brand new build, Bahia Mar is an older complex with refreshed pools, though not infinity. Pets and BBQ grills are not allowed. This apartment does not have a spectacular view of the beach as it is a ground floor, please note.

We do provide coffee, creamer, and sweetener + decaf + tea - as well as a starter pack of hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels new and starters of toilet paper, non stick cooking spray as well as Salt & Pepper - though not unlimited and not replenished. All fresh towels and linens are also provided.

We operate as South Padre Isle Trips the best property management company on the Island at 2600 Padre blvd and do answer phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

We have tried to install every possible thing a family could want to the best of our ability to make this a great place to enjoy this house close to the beach.

Don't forget - beach gear (I don't provide as so messy)

Or rent 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach for $45 cash per day - bring cash and no need to reserve in advance the vendor is right in front of many properties up and down the beach

While we have the best available Internet/WIFI from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that- it is not a reason for a cancel, refund, nor reimbursement. Please arrive prepared with an enabled hotpot on your cellular device if you have critical work to complete.

Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Rental License a signed rental agreement you may ensign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address.

You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to your booking platform messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older If you are NOT 25 years of age you MUST contact us prior to check to inquire if we CAN allow you to stay by accepting an additional refundable damage deposit. This is NOT guaranteed FYI

We do not provide e Door codes earlier than check in time as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing down maid service of course is If you need a somewhat earlier check in, contact our office on day of check in around 11 am and we can check for you.

2 parking permits are provided and extras are not available, please note

Additional free parking is available along Gulf Blvd a City street though not guaranteed.
A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI

Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. A baby and/or infant is considered a person in the State of Texas and included in total allowed maximum guests. Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area.

Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 9 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 9 am to 9:00 pm including outdoor hot tubs (if applicable) BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise)

This property does require the use of condo security wristbands that have a fee of $35 plus tax for every occupant in the the month of March. MARCH ONLY. This is the property HOA's fee and not ours, but we do pre collect for your convenience.

Your stay includes private use of our two bedroom apartment, designed for comfort with a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room with smart television, and two private patios perfect for relaxing. Guests have full access to the shared resort facilities at Bahia Mar, which include two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, and tennis courts. The property offers direct beach access, allowing you to walk straight from the complex to the sand. Please note that parking is provided for up to two vehicles, and all guests are welcome to enjoy the communal sundeck and playground areas.

Located on the northern side of South Padre Island, this beachfront condo puts you in the heart of the action while maintaining a relaxed resort feel. You are perfectly positioned to enjoy the best local attractions, with many popular beachfront venues just a short walk away. You can easily stroll to Clayton Beach Bar, Barry Beach Bar, Bar Louies, and Wanna Wanna Beach Bar for drinks and live music. For a wonderful dining experience, the new Oysters Cove is also within walking distance. Families will love the close proximity to Sea Turtle Inc, which offers an educational and fun experience for all ages. With direct beach access right outside your door, you are never more than a few steps away from the sand and the soothing sounds of the Gulf.

Getting here and around is easy during your stay at our beachfront condo. We provide two dedicated parking permits for your vehicles, including golf carts, which are considered vehicles on the island. If you have extra guests or additional vehicles, free public parking can be found at the island intermodal bus station, the local post office, or along Gulf Boulevard, though these spots are not guaranteed. For those traveling by air, the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is the primary hub, located approximately forty minutes away by car. Once on the island, you will find that many of the local attractions, beach bars, and dining spots are within convenient walking distance from our property.

Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am. We require all guests to complete an electronic rental agreement and provide a photo identification prior to arrival to maintain our rental license. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. A maximum of two vehicles are permitted with the provided parking passes and golf carts are considered vehicles. Please note that quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 9 am. Pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises. We provide a starter pack of essential supplies but these are not replenished during your stay. During the month of March the homeowner association mandates a wristband fee for all guests between the ages of 10 and 35. Please dispose of all trash and start the dishwasher before departure to avoid additional cleaning fees.

We are managed by South Padre Isle Trips and our professional team is available to assist you twenty four hours a day seven days a week. - An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not before to the phone number on file - An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID. This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City. - Minimum age of primary tenant is 25 years unless you contact us prior to arrival. If under 25, additional damage deposit is required You MUST inquire if not 25 The maximum amount of guests indicated is the absolute maximum. We count infants (children under 2) as guests. In other words infants count on your total amount of guests allowed, no exceptions. The primary guest must check in and accompany guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited. - One of the beds counted is an airbed we provide with pump as well as potentially a sleeper sofa coach. Please bring bedding if you plan on using Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 padre Blvd 78597 - our office is open 9 am to 5 pm seven days a week of you should need anything. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 8 am to 9:00 pm including outdoor hot tubs (if applicable) BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise noted Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m. Our rental includes a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and dishwasher pods - it is not unlimited nor replenished. For stays more than 2 nights you may want to bring more we do not re supply. For our 1 bedroom condos, max is 1 car. For two & 3 bedrooms, 2 cars for parking though some properties may have less please check the description carefully. Additional free parking is available at the inter Modal bus station or at the post office on the Island as well as along Gulf Blvd. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI Generally NO PETS unless listing description indicates otherwise - if you do not disclose you will be evicted :( The pet fee for pet friendly properties is $75 plus 17% occupancy tax PER PET. If the property IS pet friendly, pets may not be left alone to bark, allowed on furniture, & all pet droppings must be picked up & properly disposed of. Pets are never allowed in or by pool areas nor are they allowed to be off lease on property Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area. At check out, you must turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on, and take all trash in unit out to dumpster. A $25 wristband fee applies during the month of March. As required by the HOA, all rental guests between the ages of 10 and 35 must purchase and wear a wristband while on the property. Wristbands are mandatory for all guests.
Please be sure to purchase wristbands in advance so they are available upon arrival. Kindly plan accordingly, as security will not allow entry to the property or building for anyone without a wristband.
