Saida Towers is the best condo complex for families on South Padre Island with the most amenities. As described, this fully gated complex has security 24 hours a day that will provide the piece of mind to let your kids run free & have fun,, 2 off street parking spaces included, and this condo sleeps 10 people (the max).

Saida has tennis courts, pickleball courts, a private beach entrance to the public beach with outdoor showers, a bar/grill open seasonally on weekends, shuffleboard, 3 pools of which one is heated year round, and 3 heated Texas-Sized jacuzzis. You will not find a more resort like complex on the Island. We do manage multiple awesome condos here at Saida so do inquire if you wish to book more than one condo we would be happy to assist.

PLEASE NOTE: Saida III will have an active exterior restoration project Sept. 17, 2026–March 15th, 2027. Some cnstruction noise, dust, scaffolding, workers near windows/balconies, and other construction-related disturbances may occur during your stay.

When you enter this space you will immediately notice how clean & open it feels. We professionally clean with all guests with a pre arrival inspection to start with - but many condos on the Island are dated - not this one! Located in tower 3, direct Gulf of America, Mexico, Ocean facing, front door to beachview patio straight through open concept. The new kitchen has white quartz, stainless steel & is fully equipped with all pots & pans. The eat in Island is also great for crushing out some laptop work, and the Family cook won’t feel isolated from the rest of your Fam.

We tried to think of all possible amenities a family would enjoy here, from beach towel hooks as you enter to the convenient in unit stackable washer & dryer (rare find!). Eating space for all 10, plus a giant sectional couch with sleeper sofa & smart TV to wind down to a memorable family night or enjoy some blended margaritas.

The beachview patio is maybe reason #1 to book - seating outside as well for 10, enjoy breakfast at the table, sunrise coffee or that well deserved drink after a long day at the beach. We also provide board games because hey - let’s shut off the screens for once right?

Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat screen/smart TV for your favorite app - the main TV the living room has local cable for sports & local news enthusiasts. The bedding and sleeping space in this condo is really remarkable - the master bedroom features a comfy Cali King bed, en suite private bath & beachview too. Everything you want without question. The 2nd guest bedroom is simply loaded up for kiddos beds - queen over queen bunks with single trundle under, the 3rd guest bedroom is twin over twin bunk with a separate full sized bed. Don’t forget the pull out sectional sleeper sofa in living room. You simply will NOT find a 3 bedroom condo at Saida Towers with this ample bedding.

The two full baths with walk in showers are clean & ready for a large family or multi family use to split with privacy & convenience in mind. The provided gas BBQ grill is a super rare amenity at Saida - while we do not provide the LP gas tank for safety reasons, please bring one if you plan on using. Please do note that Saida unfortunately DOES NOT have guest parking, max is two cars strictly enforced at entrance. This 3rd floor condo does have an elevator, though not fully ADA compliant the walk in showers make it fairly accessible. Inquire for specifics as needed, Please do bring a beach wagon, beach gear and/or beach towels those we don’t provide

Right out in front of Saida you can rent 2 beach lounge chairs with umbrella from 10 am to 5 pm daily for $45 cash - no need to pre receive they never run out. While our wonderful sand bottom beach is amazing for swimming a life guard tower here is not present nor are their lifeguards at Saida. You can BYOB at the two beachfront pools just no glass. The Olympic sized pool in front of Tower 3 you cannot bring in your own as a liquor license is present with the bar & grill.

Or walk down to Gabriella’s Italian, Yummies (#1 rated restaurant for breakfast and lunch on the Net) or a very short drive/uber to Sea Ranch Restaurant for upscale on the marina cuisine. The Blackened Red Fish is simply world class folks.

Rental Agreement & Check-In

To comply with city rules, all guests must sign a short rental agreement and provide a photo ID after booking. This Agreement is e-signed and emailed to you. Once completed, we’ll issue your electronic door cod on day of check in Door codes are texted to the phone on file by 3 pm on arrival day We cannot release codes earlier so cleaning and parking remain on schedule

Guests will have full private access to our third floor condo, which includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area. You also have exclusive use of your private beach view patio. Beyond the condo, you are welcome to enjoy all the resort amenities at Saida Towers, including three swimming pools with one heated year round, three jacuzzis, tennis and pickleball courts, and a private beach entrance. Two off street parking spaces are provided for your stay.

Our condo is perfectly positioned in one of the most walkable areas on South Padre Island, offering immediate access to both the beach and a fantastic selection of local dining. You will find a variety of culinary options directly in front of the complex, including authentic Italian cuisine at Russos, fresh sushi and hibachi at Kohnami, and flavorful Mexican tacos at Calabas. For a quick bite or a refreshing treat, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Johnny Rockets are just steps away. If you are looking for a special evening out, a short drive or quick ride brings you to the renowned Sea Ranch Restaurant at the marina, where you can enjoy exceptional blackened red fish. Families will love that the Beach Park South Padre Island waterpark is less than five minutes away, ensuring endless entertainment for the kids.

Getting around South Padre Island is easy and convenient from our location at Saida Towers. We provide two dedicated off street parking spaces for your vehicle, which is strictly enforced at the complex entrance. If you are traveling with more than two cars, additional free parking is available at the local intermodal bus station or at the island post office. Please note that golf carts are considered vehicles and count toward your parking limit. While the island is highly walkable with many restaurants and beach attractions nearby, ride sharing services and taxis are readily available if you prefer not to drive. The nearest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport, which is approximately a forty minute drive from the condo.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please review our house rules before booking. The primary renter must be at least 23 years old and present at check-in. Guests under 23 must contact us prior to booking for potential additional deposit requirements. Please note that we strictly prohibit parties, smoking, and pets. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 9 am. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a photo ID after booking. The complex strictly limits parking to two vehicles, and golf carts are considered vehicles. During March and Easter week, the homeowners association requires a wristband fee of 35 dollars per person for guests aged 13 to 33. At check-out, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, place dishes in the dishwasher, and take trash to the chutes to avoid an additional cleaning fee.

We are locally managed by South Padre Island Trips and are dedicated to ensuring you have a seamless stay. Our office is located at 2600 Padre Boulevard and is open seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm to assist with any needs. While we provide self check in via electronic door codes, we offer 24/7 phone support to handle any questions or concerns that may arise during your visit. Please feel free to reach out through the booking platform messaging system at any time and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Ok - Saida Towers has a bunch of small rules so PLEASE take the time to read them all and agree to ALL prior to booking. Ask questions via messaging before you book- not after as we do allow for refunds over these rules :) An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not before to the phone number on file. An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID. This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City Minimum age of primary tenant is 25 years unless you contact us prior to arrival. If under 25, additional damage deposit is required You MUST inquire if not 25 - THERE ARE ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS required but it IS possible EXCEPT Texas week of College Spring Break. This condo is NOT spring break friendly, FYI The maximum amount of guests indicated is the absolute maximum. We count infants (children under 2) as guests. In other words infants count on your total amount of guests allowed, no exceptions. The primary guest must check in and accompany guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited. One of the beds counted is an airbed we provide with pump. Please bring bedding if you plan on using as well as couches which aren't really beds but airbnb counts em. Bring bedding if need be. Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 padre Blvd 78597 - our office is open 9 am to 5 pm seven days a week of you should need anything. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 8 am to 10:00 pm including out door hot tubs Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m. Our rental includes a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and dishwasher pods - it is not unlimited nor replenished. For stays more than 2 nights you may want to bring more we do not re supply. Max 2 cars for parking. Additional free parking is available at the inter Modal bus station or at the post office on the Island. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI No pets - if you do not disclose you will be evicted :( Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. Get together NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area. At check out, you must turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on, and take all trash in unit to the trash chutes near elevator. Failure to do so results in an excessive cleaning fee of $150 billed to the credit card on file with airbnb. In March, as well as during Easter Week (holy week/semana santa) this property homeowners association / HOA requires a condo security wristband fee of $35 PER PERSON. We do bill for this prior to your arrival for your convenience. This is NOT our fee as a host this property charges this or security will not let you in. Wristbands during this time period must be worn at ALL times This fee applies ONLY to those 13 years of age to 33.
