This property was just remodeled in May of 2017 and has all brand new furniture and appliances! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and new stainless steel appliances you will need to prepare delicious meals. The first floor living area is equipped with a pool table in addition to a 70" HDTV. The backyard is easily accessible through the living/dining area. This beautifully landscaped backyard offers a private heated pool and hot tub where guests can relax and let their cares float away with the island breeze. This home has several balconies... 1400 square feet of balconies! The 2nd and 3rd floors have balconies on the front and back of the house. These balconies are easily accessible from the bedrooms and provide a great area to see the views of the bay. It is the perfect spot to view South Padre Island's famous sunsets! We loved how big the house was. The space was perfect for our family reunion, the heated pool was a bonus too. It was fully furnished. I liked the SPI rentals service, SPI agents were really helpful and whenever we needed something fixed they were on top of it.

The house was laid out perfectly. Ample room for everyone. Especially loved the back patio and pool area. I would suggest providing a layout of the light switches. They are not in the traditional spots. In some cases they were located on the back wall of the rooms. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The house was beautiful and lived up to the pictures. The SPI team have the best customer service and our family felt like we were in paradise. We had 17 people. The house had all the amenities needed to enjoy the area!
Would recommend this house for a fun family vacation.

Very nice place to stay! Home is large enough for a large group and the house is not noisy in the bedrooms even when there is a lot of activity on the first floor or in the pool. Main disadvantage at this home is that most rooms have no closet for hanging clothes. This is not a problem for beachwear but if any formal clothes are needed you will need to hang the clothes in one of the rooms that has a closet. There also needs to be a light in the downstairs bedroom closet where the washer and drier are located. Overall, very nice home with a lot of outdoor space including multiple balconies and nice backyard pool and patio.

We had the pleasure to stay at 204 W Acapulco and I must say the home was amazing!! The home is perfect for family get togethers or if your just looking to get away for the weekend. The home is huge and has individual rooms giving you that home away from home feeling. We really enjoyed the private pool and large kitchen area. We where able to enjoy the boxing match in Saturday night on the 70 in TV. The home has that brand new new smell to it and was very clean. We had all the amenities within a hands reach. I definitely recommend this home for a vacation getaway. It's huge, amazing but still maintains the island feel to it!!! Jessica and her staff where amazing!! Thank you we def will be back!!
