This unique beach house in the style of an amusement park can accommodate up to 34 people.

A Basketball Court, Putting Green and Private Heated Pool are just a few of the many great amenities!

All bedrooms have TV's! Total of 11 flat screen TVs!

Only a few steps separate our beautiful property from the beach. The house is located across from the beach, between handicap beach access numbers 3 and 4. The island's location is ideal, with restaurants, the South Padre Island Entertainment District, retail shopping and the grocery store nearby. Our home is perfect for a family getaway, family reunions, wedding venues, birthday parties, quinceaneras, team activities, sports camps, or simply to relax in a relaxing island getaway. This house blends vintage and modern touches. The house sits on a large lot of 13,100 square feet (0.30 acres). There is plenty of room for your pets to play as this property is PET-FRIENDLY!!! This is the largest corner lot available for a vacation rental home in South Padre Island, with a large backyard! This house is very private because it's located at the corner of Gulf Blvd. and East Corral Street. The 2nd floor has ocean views and is newly constructed!

The property has two parking lots. The two parking lots by Gulf Blvd and East Corral St can accommodate 8-10 vehicles depending on the size. If guests need more parking, there are also plenty of public spaces along Gulf Blvd. The newly constructed third-floor observation deck offers guests a great view of the ocean! This is a great place to enjoy the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and South Padre Island Beach! You can also view the famous SPI fireworks during the summer, lay in the sun, or bring a book.

Special features highlight:

Half-size basketball court with a 72" professional size in-ground, tempered-glass basketball hoop. The basketball court is suitable for special events. A unique outdoor golf putting and chip shot practice area for adults and kids. Typhoon Pool Water Slide, and poolside basketball hoops are special features. Large heated pool with a bench in the water. The pool has been re-plastered. The pool depth ranges from 3ft to 7ft. This is a very unique feature in SPI that can be used for a variety of purposes. The pool is the largest on South Padre Island for vacation rental homes! The pool has been completely redone, and a brand new hot tub with a waterfall was added! The sports court is a unique artificial turf for soccer, volleyball & football. It has a rebounding net to stop the ball when you miss your goal! Each bedroom has its cable TV. This home has 11 flat screen TVs! Free WIFI! Guests can enjoy their favorite TV shows, social media and online entertainment from the comfort of their bedroom. Each bedroom has a desk, or mini-workstation, for guests to complete any type of task. Provide security cameras outside the home ONLY for monitoring the parameter. (Cameras do not exist inside the home.). 1915 Gulf is also home to beautiful hand-painted murals created by local artists, and more than ten different types of regional plants.

We have installed cameras in the home to allow guests to monitor the pool area and putting green. The cameras are not recording. They are there to allow you to keep an eye on your children and/or loved one playing in the outdoor areas and pool while you are inside.

The two houses can be booked together to accommodate larger groups for special events. These two houses are located across the street each other. (Please refer to our 113 E. Corral St. listing and photos)

Perfect for us!

We traveled to SPI with 4 generations, 9 total people ranging from 1 year old to 80 years old. This property was perfect for us. The home is so spacious, everyone had plenty of room to have alone time, and the living room and dining room areas gave us plenty of space to be together. The property was completely gated which gave us peace of mind with small children and an elder with dementia. My elderly parent did not have any mobility issues here. The only downfall for her was that none of the bathrooms had ADA accommodations. So, showers and getting up from the toilet were a challenge for her. Some grab bars in one bathroom would solve this problem. The team at SPI rentals were incredibly responsive to our concerns (basically, how to operate the hot tub/pool and needing propane for the grill). We are considering returning to this property because, based on our needs and wants, it was practically perfect!

Great place to stay we had adults ,teens & kids ages 2 and up plenty for them to do and keep them busy our vacation was a blast . Everything was nice and clean inside the house . The walk to the beach was about 2 mins great location. The only thing I would say we didn't like was we had to program every tv in the house and we could only get cable to work on main tv in living room also the trash cans it wasn't enough space other then that we had a amazing trip and will be back very soon .

This house is not only huge, there is so much to do! From 9 awesome big bedrooms, to a huge pool! We played basketball and miniature golf. Very private property! Short walk to the beach. Beautiful kitchen. Highly recommend this property!

This home was perfect in every way and it accommodated us all very well. Definitely had a wonderful time and would recommend this home to anyone with a large group. There was plenty of space and entertainment and the staff were friendly and professional and really helped us enjoy our stay

We loved this house! The best: location! basketball court, huge pool, slide, hot tub, lots of seating for the 12 of us outside and inside! Management company is easy to work with! Attentive and extremely helpful! Fence helps you feel private and oh so special! Tips: bring beach towels (not fun at pool with generic white bath towels) arrange private basketball lessons with local coach! Walk everywhere! Relax! Get “real” groceries in port Isabel (we had vegetarians and gluten free requirements we could not accommodate from island stores) enjoy the roof top deck for sunrise! Keep second frig for drinks! Needs improvement: no bureaus to put away clothes ....no empty cupboards to put away groceries, LOVE this house!
