113 E. Corral, a new concept in beach houses, is a resort-style beach house. Imagine being able to rent a boutique resort house for you and your guests. This custom-designed mansion has 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. This property has a lot to offer guests, including a heated private pool and hot tub. It also offers a water slide, indoor basketball court, game tables, an observatory deck on the 4th floor, 2 EV charging stations, and much more! This property can accommodate up to 38 guests. Each of the ten bedrooms has its own bathroom, closet and makes guests feel comfortable and private when they need it. Our home is ideal for family reunions as well as corporate events and special occasions.

This is the largest rental beach house in South Padre Island and one of the tallest single-family homes!

Guests can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the island, including stunning sunrises and sunsets, firework shows, amazing views of the beach, the Gulf of Mexico, the Port Isabel Historical Lighthouse, the Queen Isabella Causeway and Space X, from the 4th-floor observatory deck.

This vacation rental has 125ft frontage on Gulf Blvd and is directly opposite beach access #3! One of the few beach accesses with restrooms and a washer station. The bedrooms on the third floor (rooms 303 and 304) offer stunning views of the beach. Room 303 and 304 guests can watch sunrises from their beds depending on the month. Every morning, guests wake up to a breathtaking view of the ocean and fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves breaking. Each floor has a rear balcony and stairs. Guests can enter or exit the house either from the inside or the rear balcony stairs.

Need to exercise on vacation? This home features a workout station on the third floor, where guests can exercise while enjoying the picturesque views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The property can accommodate up to six vehicles. On Gulf Blvd, there are also public parking spaces including a space for the handicapped.

The open concept living area, dining room, and kitchen on the 1st floor are spacious and can accommodate large groups. This fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking with friends and family. It features two (2) refrigerators and stainless steel appliances.

On the first and third floors, there is a half-bathroom or powder room.

To accommodate larger groups, guests can book both 1915 Gulf Blvd & 113 E Corral (Sleeps up to 72 people). These two houses are located across the street (Please view photos and our 1915 Gulf Boulevard listing).
