On the right, you'll find the primary bedroom, boasting a luxurious California King bed and an upgraded en suite bathroom with double sinks and an oversized shower stall complete with a steam function. Across the way, there's a charming bedroom with two twin beds, a bunk bed and an en suite half-bath.

When you're ready, venture to the top floor and enjoy lounging with the family in style. The living room offers an abundance of plush seating for the entire family to enjoy, creating the perfect spot to gather. 1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy 6 adults and 2 children (under 16).
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. The left side of garage will fit a midsize car only, right side will fit a midsize SUV at a maximum. Take this into consideration when planning travel and do not arrive with more than will fit in these spaces.
3. Property is in a very high snow load area, 4WD is highly recommended.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
