This two-story, one-car garage (with EV charger) home sits in a tranquil neighborhood in Tahoe Donner. The common space has an airy open-concept layout which is set up perfectly for entertaining. The cozy living room has plenty of couch space situated around a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen has ample counter space, updated appliances, and bar stools for those who want to keep the chef company. Off the back of the kitchen is a beautiful deck area with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Three bedrooms are also on the main floor. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a remote workspace, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual-head shower. The second and third bedrooms have a twin over double bunk bed and share a full bathroom with a shower and tub combo.
Downstairs, an entertainment area awaits, complete with a wet bar, a large TV, a foosball table, and various games for your enjoyment. But the real highlight is the private hot tub, perfect for unwinding under the stars after a day of adventures.
