Property Description

This stunning brand new residence at Village Walk, Northstar’s only gated community, is comfortable, luxurious and convenient for those seeking a high end stay at beautiful Northstar Resort.

With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a large 2 car garage, there’s room for everyone to spread out. Gorgeous floor to ceiling windows greet you as you enter, with panoramic forested mountain views. The chef’s kitchen will satisfy any cook in your group with a Wolf range and a large Sub-zero fridge. The primary bedroom on the main level has a King bed, large TV and a soaker tub with separate tiled shower in the private bath. Downstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms, two rooms have Queen bunk beds with Queen on the bottom and a twin on top. The remaining bedroom has a King bed, TV and it’s own private bath with tiled shower. There is another full bathroom downstairs with 2 sinks and tiled shower.  It’s light and bright with hardwoods throughout. This home has an additional TV room downstairs, as well as the living room upstairs. There’s an EV charger in the garage and this home has coveted Air Conditioning! Enjoy the views from two decks with the hot tub located on the lower level deck.

At Village Walk, you can leave the car in the garage and walk right over to the Gondola or the Village for shopping, dining, movies, ice skating in the winter, yoga or spa treatments and many clothing and accessory stores. This home also includes access to the Village Swim & Fitness Center, less than a minute walk from the property. 3. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
