This home has an additional TV room downstairs, as well as the living room upstairs. There’s an EV charger in the garage and this home has coveted Air Conditioning! At Village Walk, you can leave the car in the garage and walk right over to the Gondola or the Village for shopping, dining, movies, ice skating in the winter, yoga or spa treatments and many clothing and accessory stores. 1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 8 plus 2 additional children allowed. 
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. There is construction of new homes taking place in this neighborhood. The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc; however, some nuisance can be expected. Guests are advised to contact Tahoe Getaways in advance of making a reservation with questions.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
