Welcome to Dollar Hill 2! Location Location Location! This brand new remodel is smack dab in the middle of summer and winter Tahoe Action! Located in the Dollar Hill/Lake Forest Glen area in east Tahoe City, the Dollar Hill 2 complex is equal distance to Squaw/Alpine and Northstar, walking distance to Skylandia Park and beach and 5 minutes to groceries, restaurants and shopping.
This multi-level condo offers fun for the whole group, with multiple hang out spaces for the kids and adults. This unit offers 3 bedrooms, a den with a futon and an open loft with fun bean bags and games off the bunk bed room. Enjoy a comfy and open great room space with high vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a balcony overlooking the shared and heated outdoor pool (summer only). Year round, enjoy access to a shared clubhouse which offers his and hers saunas, showers and a communal hot tub.
