Welcome to ISLAND COTTAGE, the ideal family house, located just minutes from the beach.
This beautiful, spacious house is newly decorated in a beach-chic style. It is perfect for beach time, boating, kayaking or fishing, just minutes away. While you are not directly beachside, owner- provided bikes make it an easy ride to the beach. It is, also, only a short drive to historic St. Augustine and other attractions and restaurants.
ISLAND COTTAGE has space for the whole family, even two families.
The living room has a comfortable brand new sectional sofa, 65"HDTV, with both Dish network and Netflix, so just sit back and enjoy your favorite movie or sporting event. Also, the COTTAGE is equipped with WIFI. so bring your electronic devices and stay in touch with family and friends.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all pots and pans, dinnerware, glasses and utensils and appliances for preparing a large meal or just sitting and enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The COTTAGE has everything you need. There is a nearby Publix and Winn Dixie.
The Master Suite is equipped with an extremely comfortable new King-Size bed, HDTV and an en-suite bathroom with a Hi-Rise toilet.
The second bedroom, also, has a new King-Size bed and HDTV. This makes it perfect for two families vacationing together.
The third bedroom is for the kids. It has two sets of bunk beds with its own HDTV.
The COTTAGE has a full-size washer and dryer, ideal for wet beach towels. The rental is pet-friendly and is securely fenced.
Island Cottage is located on A1A and is centered between the Intercoastal Waterway and St. Augustine Beach. The beach is known for its miles of white sand and the Inter Coastal for its fishing and boating. There is parking available on property for your boat. Devil's Elbow is a perfect place to launch and is a short drive, away.
You will not be indoors long with all St. Augustine has 'to offer, from Alligator Farm, Nightly Ghost Tours, the Fort, even a Sunset tour on a real Pirate Ship, all less than 15 minutes away.
