Welcome to Colony Reef 3405! This gem of a condo is located on the fourth floor overlooking the pool, the courtyard lawn and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The view does not get much better than this. The sparkling sea, with its spectacular sunrises and balmy breezes, glitters just beyond the green grass of the courtyard from your balcony. Come stay here on Crescent Beach and live the good life, St. Augustine style! Because you are not located right on the pool, it is a lot quieter and the ocean is directly in front of you. You will spend hours sitting on this great patio; there is even an outside table to have breakfast in the mornings.

You'll find yourself smiling before you even step inside the condo, thanks to the beautiful view of the Atlantic that greets you as soon as you open the door. The kids will probably take off across the big grassy grounds for the oceanfront pool or playground, giving the grown-ups a chance to unwind (perhaps with a glass of something frosty and some tunes!) Put the game on the big flat-screen in the living room for the guys or enjoy a family movie night. You can "watch from a distance" while relaxing in the sun-kissed Florida air on the balcony!

The décor in Colony reef 3405 was selected with family comfort in mind. It is a very spacious condo and you will enjoy family time while still seeing the ocean. There's enough space in the living room for everyone, and the tile floor feels great on those hot walking-in-the-Old-City feet.
Chances are, though, several folks in your group will set up at the dining table instead. This is our command center at Colony Reef: spread out all the brochures you've collected about sightseeing venues in St. Augustine (don't miss the Alligator Farm - the nesting bird area is incredible!) Or clear the decks and break out the cards for a game of War. Many a jigsaw puzzle has come together on this table, too. (It can also be used for dining, but you may find yourself eating al fresco on the balcony instead.) The balcony is very deep and comfortable and offers a table and an outside couch and chair to sit and relax in the shade while you watch the waves. The view from the living room, dining room, and master is ocean all the way.

Now, if you're planning to cook "at home" during this vacation, you'll be delighted with our kitchen. We've all stayed at places where a "stocked" kitchen meant 3 forks, a dull knife, and a couple of plastic cups. Colony Reef 3405 is the exact opposite of that: cookware, dishes, and utensils galore, plus all appliances major and minor. There's counter space for chopping and mixing, a microwave for hurrying the food up, and a dishwasher for the heavy lifting afterward. Bingo - you're out of the kitchen in no time.

The living and dining areas are open and connected, to keep everyone together having fun. The bedrooms, on the other hand, are quiet, private, and restful. You'll love the master suite, which has a king-sized bed, its own flat-screen TV, and balcony access. Leave the drapes open and see if the sunrise wakes you in the morning or lay in bed at night and hear the waves crashing in the surf.

The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin. It also has its own en-suite bathroom so this condo is perfect for two couples. The third bedroom looks like a ship's cabin, with twin bunk beds for the kids and their own space which is perfect for whispering secrets while the parents relax. Need extra sleeping space? The couch pulls out to a full-size sleeper so the condo can easily sleep 8.

There's a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer right in Colony Reef 3405 so pack light! Swimsuits and beach towels return to their dry and fluffy state in no time, and the gelato washes right out of the T-shirts!

Colony Reef is a family friendly complex with all the amenities you hope for in sunny Florida. The oceanfront pool is huge and gated, with plenty of lounging space, a kiddie pool for the little ones, and a large hot tub for the adults. There are also tennis courts and a playground. A private walkway leads you over the dunes (look for turtles and rabbits in the lush undergrowth!) and down to the pure white sands. And then the relaxation really begins! In the winter there is a heated indoor pool and workout room to keep you fit even on vacation.
