Sleeping is situated on the second floor with a calming and relaxed Master bedroom with Queen bed. Featuring an en-suite bath with walk-in shower and spacious walk-in closet for bulky items, this retreat is designed with your comfort in mind.  A private television and overhead ceiling fan are added conveniences. Welcome aboard additional guests in a Nautical themed second bedroom with the versatility of two full beds.  Boasting a second private television, walk-in closet and abundant natural light, this hideaway is sure to encourage sweet dreams of sand and sea. 

Your hosts understand that the planning and logistics of a seaside get-away can be complicated, so rest assured that Seashell 28, is equipped to make your vacation full of fun and hassle-free. Thoughtful creature comforts like a private washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout and a convenient personal workspace are much-appreciated amenities. Beach access is a 3-minute walk to the north of the complex and beach chairs, kayaks, beach cart, and beach toys are available in the private garage for fun in the sun!

Unwind at what could be the best-kept secret in Indian Shores. The Seashell townhomes consist of 45 two-story units which sit on a quiet stretch of the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. A simple walk and  the sugar white powdered sand is between your toes and you are gazing at the pristine emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico. This charming community is like no other with its own whimsical red fishing dock and kayak launch. There is a pool, a grill and a covered area from which to enjoy the wildlife typical of the Intracoastal.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. The town's residential quality and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Be sure to experience the great restaurants in the area like Aloha-to-Go, Indian Shores Coffee Company, Mickey Quinn's Pub and Beach Grill and the renown Salt Rock Grill. Just north of Indian Shores is Indian Rocks Beach with more favorites such as The Original Crabby Bill's, Guppy's on the Beach, JD's Restaurant & Lounge and newer spots like Jake's Cantina and LuLu's. Hop on the Jolley Trolley that runs from Clearwater to St Pete Beach and experience Pier 60 to the north or John's Pass to the south.
