Property Description

Welcome to Sunshine! This newly listed cabin has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located off Pine Mountain Road, just a short distance from the action-packed Pigeon Forge. Sunshine features parking for four vehicles, a pool table, and a hot tub!

Main Level

The entry level includes a kitchen, a living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living room features a gas fireplace and HDTV. A sleeper sofa is also available for additional sleeping space. This area is perfect for watching your favorite TV show or reading a book. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a tasty treat for everyone. There are six seats at the dining table, so there is plenty of room for everyone. The master bedroom features a King-size bed. A hall bathroom (tub/shower), for your convenience, is also available. Step out onto the deck to relax and enjoy the mountain views after a long day of exploring!

Upper Level

You can challenge your opponent on the pool table and then retreat to a bedroom with a King-size bed. For added convenience, you will also find a bathroom with a tub/shower in the hall.

Lower Level

Downstairs, you'll find a hot-tub, the last room, and a bathroom. Enjoy your favorite TV shows on the HDTV located in the sitting room. The sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space. This level also offers a washer/dryer for your convenience. The last bedroom is a King-size bed with an attached bathroom (shower stall). Step out onto the deck to soak in the hot-tub after a long day of sightseeing.

Please note: Due to the mountainous terrain in the area, low-riding vehicles are not recommended. In bad weather, 4x4 drive is required.
