The setting is listed as waterfront-nearby and near a beach, and the property is also noted as within walking distance to Siesta Key Village.

The main living areas are arranged as separate living and dining rooms, giving the layout clear zones for relaxing and meals. A balcony extends off the living room and looks out over the grounds.
