Our House at the Beach C-118 is a first-floor townhouse with a spacious bi-level design and a private entrance. The home is listed as near the beach and in a waterfront-nearby setting, and it sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The layout separates the living and dining rooms, and the main living area opens to a balcony with lake views.

The kitchen is a full kitchen and is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, glass-top range, and built-in microwave, with small appliances such as a coffee maker and blender also provided. For longer stays or mid-trip refreshes, the unit includes a full-size washer and dryer, along with towels/linens (linen exchange is available for a fee).

Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two twin beds, and a Murphy bed. The primary bedroom suite opens to the balcony and includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is served by a separate full bathroom.
