Our House at the Beach C-112 is a first-floor townhouse with a generous bi-level floor plan and stairs required (no elevator). The home accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and it is listed as waterfront-nearby and near a beach. The layout separates the main gathering spaces, with distinct living and dining rooms and an eat-in kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped for day-to-day cooking and longer stays, with full-sized appliances and provided dishes and utensils. Small appliances include a coffee maker and Keurig, plus a blender. The unit also includes an in-home washer/dryer, air conditioning, heating, and hot water. Internet access and televisions are provided, with cable TV available in the living room and each bedroom.
