Our House at the Beach C-106 is a first-floor townhouse with a bi-level interior plan and a private entrance. The home sleeps up to 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, and a sofa bed, and includes two full bathrooms. Please note that stairs are required and there is no elevator.

The layout is designed with distinct living and dining areas, plus an eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and place settings and includes full-size appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. For day-to-day convenience, the home also provides an in-unit washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes hangers, and hot water.

Two balconies extend the living space outdoors: one is accessed from the living room and overlooks the grounds, and the primary bedroom suite also opens to a balcony. The primary suite includes an en-suite bathroom along with closets and a dressing area, while the second bedroom is served by an adjacent full bathroom.

Included amenities cover comfort and safety, with central air conditioning and heating, internet access, televisions, towels/linens, a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher. Community features include a pool, covered pavilion area with BBQ, picnic area, and shared tennis and pickleball courts, along with shared lounge chairs and beach chairs provided. Parking includes one garage space (maximum vehicle height 70 inches) and a second parking space; parking passes are required. Long-term stays are allowed, and a signed rental agreement is required.
