If you'd rather watch the activity on the road, there's a street side uncovered deck also. The two bedrooms upstairs have access to balconies. Amenities include hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi. The washer and dryer are located upstairs. The dining room table seats eight and there are also three stools at the bar for additional seating. This home has golf cart outlet in the ground level storage room.
