30 Raeford Street - This concrete canal house features five bedrooms and four baths, on two levels. Downstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, and one has a queen. The bedroom to the left has a private bath, and there's also a hall bath. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two double beds and the third has a queen. This bedroom has a private bath, and the other two share a Jack n Jill bathroom. Amenities include boat dock, enclosed hot & cold outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, 2 TVs, including a 60'' one in living room, and secure Wi-Fi. This property offers Direct TV, as well as two Smart TVs with streaming which may be accessed with guest's own accounts. The dining room table seats six and there are also four stools at the bar for additional seating. The comfortable canal side screened-in porch will invite you to sit and have your morning coffee. Raeford Street is a direct beach access street, and this house is located approximately two blocks from the beach. This property has keyless entry. The golf cart outlet is on the right side of the storage unit under the house. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
